Health Care Services
Primary among the concerns of Nanay Baby is the provision of health care and services to her constituents. During her first 100 days in office, thousands of indigent-kabalens have benefited from the provincial government’s health programs particularly those with tuberculosis, kidney problems, cancer, dialysis, chemotherapy, goiter, cataracts, dengue, diabetes, upper respiratory illnesses.

Rehabilitation of Hospitals
The governor has ordered for the rehabilitation of Macabebe and Balitucan district hospitals, including the purchase of modern medical equipment, completion of the Mabalacat District Hospital and improvement of Diosdado Macapagal Memorial Hospital.
